Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within two working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9-3pm, Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we’ll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are made-to-order, custom order or pre-order, you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items within one business day of ordering.
Delivery Within New Zealand
Our standard delivery times are 2-3 working days. Please note this is subject to change dependant on courier workloads and delays.
For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you’re unsure, email hello@kdesignstudio.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs when your order is processed. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX and additional costs may apply if your address is rural.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-2 working days. If your order will take longer than one working day to be ready you will be notified via email.
International Orders
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase a product from K Design Studio, please email us at hello@kdesignstudio.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Returns Policy
We want to ensure that you love your purchase and we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following Returns Policy. We do not offer refunds. A store credit or exchange is available on full priced items that meet our returns criteria below.
Returns Criteria
Items must be returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned directly to our store.
Items purchased online can be returned via courier/post to our store once you have received confirmation of the credit or exchange.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging with no signs of damage.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on our fragrance or skincare items.
For change of mind on purchases, we offer a store credit or exchange only.
Returns and exchanges over peak periods can take up to 5 working days to process.
Once an order has been placed online, you cannot cancel the order, as goods are often shipped the same day.
All sale purchases are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
Faulty Items
If you have received your product and it is faulty, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault. Once we receive the item, we will assess whether to repair, replace, provide a store credit or refund the item.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are unable to be returned or cancelled once purchased. Orders purchased with a gift voucher can be exchanged or credited back to the original voucher.
Pre-orders & Customer Orders
Items purchased as a pre-order or custom order cannot be cancelled before delivery. When your order is placed, our team will provide an approximate delivery date and will do our best to ensure this timeframe is met, however this date is subject to change based on supplier availability and delivery turnaround. Any changes in delivery timeframe do not qualify the item to be refunded.
